With reports coming in from Wall Street of three plus days of above negative figures from the Dow Jones Averages, the NASDAQ, even the Russell 2000, we are seeing a little light at the end of the tunnel of things getting better. Now I don’t claim this to be a blog about the US economy nor [...]

I don’t know about you, but I am feeling mighty good lately with the news leaking out about the economy “bottoming out.” If you recall a post I made a while back, I stressed that whatever goes down must come up!
So take this as a path you need to go on now….be proactive. Think about [...]

We found that we shared the same worries and fears about the future. [...]

Just read a post from John Chow dot com about how we live in our current down economy here in the USA. He makes a great point, which I always knew about our country. We still live in the greatest country on the planet. Even with our 7% unemployment rate, over one million people laid [...]

1) Corporate turnaround consultants – These jobs involve developing strategies to save money for the company and start making profit, sooner than later. Pay scale can be tremendous.
2) Bankruptcy attorneys – This is an obvious one. With record [...]

I have always used a scratch pad [...]

I just read the newspapers and heard the radio shows talking about the “experts” telling us that the recession has arrived to the USA, only it was back in December of 2007. How interesting that our government and national media hold off telling us the recession is here only today! As you remember, all year [...]

So more news of layoffs. The news media paints a broad brush on how “down in the dumps” we are as a country.
Yeah, we are facing some tough times but we’ve faced tough times before — even tougher. The business owners who survive are always the ones who believe in and seek out the [...]
