According to the US Bureau of Labor and Statistics, there has been over 363,000 added in the health care industry for the past 12 months. It is no surprise that this sector is hot. There is currently 13.5 million jobs filled here.

The National Committee on Pay Equity has released a report back in 2006 that states women still lag behind men in pay in similar jobs with similar qualifications.
