About
This blog is all about everything “working.” Whether it is too much or not enough. Work is work.
Your host is Bruce from Arizona, USA. He has been self employed since 1993 and has successfully started several small businesses. He is currently in process of starting 3 online businesses to complement the 2 offline businesses he operates. He considers himself a “serial” entreprenuer and plans on writing a book about his strategies that should be released in early 2008. His new website is called www.WealthMethodNow.com
Stay tuned for links on his books and helpful materials.
Feel free to post your workaholic “adventures.”

i’m a recovering workaholic.
work-life imbalance = work 24/7 = work as validation = no sense of self.
safe to say i am much happier and healthier now.
curious as to best careers for those who are ocp, perfectionists, overachievers, and prone to being workaholics.
Mseemower, I believe you are better in starting your own business. I have fed my frustrations like you back in 1993, and lived a very good and balanced life ever since. With starting your own business, you can be that perfectionist, but at the same time, enjoy your life and schedule “break” times in between. You can pursue your hobbies, spend time with your friends or significant other, etc. One of my enjoyable hobbies is playing guitar. It soothes me and allows me another outlet from my “ADD” personality!
If you need some suggestions, please post back here and I will give you some ideas.
Have a nice day !
