The continued “apocolypse” is approaching! That is what all the political “doomsayers” are saying. Funny, I live by going against the grain of what information is being fed to me. It seems like the news media and our government are working very hard together, hand in hand, to spread this black cloud of bad news to make us all feel bad about ourselves, our perception of the economy, and force us to become depressed. It makes me wonder if the media and government are intentionally working to feed business to doctors who treat depression and the drug makers who have the “magic bean” to cure any other ailments as a result of negative forces outside of us.
The latest report coming from Washington goes on to say the umemployment in the USA dipped down to 4.9 percent in February. Industries affected are in; construction, manufacturing, retailing, financial services, education, health care, and hospitality. Just about the complete spectrum of work that there is was affected.
GOOD NEWS!!!
The good news in all of this is that, if you truly believe what I believe, that we are in an economic CYCLE, what goes down MUST go up at some point in the future. How easy we forget that just several years ago, we were living in an economic uptick where we could do no wrong financially. Many wise economic advisors this week have stated that we are in a cycle. The reality of it is that it is not the end of the world, our whole population will not go bankrupt and there will be jobs tomorrow, next week, next month and next year.
Now is the time to think, more than any other time of your life, to consider self employment. We are all reassured now that no company or outside entity is going to take care of us and our future. The only one person who can assure success for our future is ourselves.
