Work Efficiently

If we workaholics have to work for hours on end, we might as well make efficient use of our time. Working can be “tucked” into “compartments” of time.

A good example is:
1) Planning your work day with early morning tasks, late morning tasks, mid afternoon tasks, and finally late afternoon tasks. This is made up of 4 quadrants.
2) Take 4 scratch pads and jot down the tasks on each scratch pad for each quadrant.
3) Check off each task as they are done for each quadrant. If a task from the previous quadrant is not done, move it immediately to the next quadrant to finish.
4) Give yourself tasks that are easy to finish in one day, knowing that certain ones are ongoing.

When you are working this plan, you are getting so much accomplished in little time. The first feeling you will get is being productive for the day. Second, is that you are keeping track where you are putting your energies and resources.

Peace and Love,

Bruce
